Wedding ceremonies for couples who want it to feel like them.
From sacred and personal to simple and legal — your ceremony should fit your life.
Your wedding ceremony does not have to be stiff, generic, overly traditional, or copied from someone else’s day. Whether you want a fully custom ceremony with personal vows, sacred elements, readings, and meaningful rituals — or you simply want to get legally married without a lot of fuss — I offer wedding and vow renewal options that meet you where you are. Some couples want the whole story honored. Some want short, sweet, and meaningful. Some want a simple “I do.” And some just want to sign the papers and be hitched. All of that is welcome here.

Vow Renewals

A vow renewal is about honoring what you have lived, what you have chosen, what you have survived, what you have built, and what you are choosing again.
Vow renewals can be simple and intimate, deeply sacred, family-centered, playful, private, or fully ceremonial.
They may include renewed vows, ring blessing, handfasting, readings, family participation, remembrance of loved ones, or a ritual created specifically for your relationship.
Vow renewals may be booked as a Custom Ceremony or Short & Sweet Ceremony, depending on the level of personalization you want.

My Approach
I believe ceremony should feel like the people at the center of it.That means we do not have to follow traditions that do not fit you. We can keep what feels meaningful, release what feels performative, and create something that actually belongs to your relationship.Your ceremony can be spiritual without being religious. Sacred without being stiff. Simple without feeling empty. Personal without becoming overly complicated. My role is to help hold the center of the moment — with grounded presence, clear words, calm guidance, and a ceremony that lets you feel present for what you are choosing.
Marriage License Reminder
For legal weddings in Michigan, you are responsible for obtaining your valid Michigan marriage license before the ceremony or signing appointment. You will also need two witnesses who are at least 18 years old.I will review, sign, and file the completed license after the ceremony or appointment.
