Email subscriptions
EmailOctopus manages our mailing list and newsletters. Subscriber information is processed through that service. Email engagement information, such as opens and clicks, may be recorded to help us understand which messages are useful. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing us. Unsubscribing from newsletters does not cancel communications needed for an existing booking or purchase.
Comments and reviews
Comments and website reviews collect the information entered in their forms, such as a name, email address, rating, and message. The website may also record technical information for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments and reviews, including the display name provided, may be visible publicly. Avoid including private details you do not want published.

Embedded forms, review widgets, videos, and other third-party content may process information when they load or when you interact with them. Following a booking, shop, social media, or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Information may be retained for responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining transaction records, preventing misuse, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Comments and reviews may remain available until removed. Service providers have their own retention settings and policies.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or existing transaction purposes. We may ask for information to verify a request. Requests concerning a separate provider’s records may also need to be directed to that provider.
