Shared practice space for people who need room to see clients, teach, or gather.
Already have a practice, but no longer need—or want to pay for—a full-time space? Bring your clients to Four Directions Alchemy and reserve the days that fit your schedule. You keep running your business; I provide a cared-for place to do the work. New practitioners are welcome, too.
Independent practitioners, teachers, and facilitators can choose a recurring arrangement or inquire about limited occasional and event use.
CLASSES & PRIVATE STUDIO USE
Studio Space
Approximately 380 square feet, with room for about 8–12 people. The studio suits small classes, workshops, sound baths, meditation, movement, recordings, and individual or small-group sessions.

ONE-TO-ONE WORK
Shared Private Session Room
A quiet, shared room for one-to-one appointments, furnished with a massage table, counter space, and a chair. It suits bodywork, Reiki, hypnosis, readings, and other individual sessions that need privacy. Other practitioners use the room on different days; your rental reserves the days agreed for your practice rather than exclusive use of the room.

Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup. If reserved days are regularly going unused, we’ll talk about revising the schedule and agreement so the room remains available to other practitioners.
OCCASIONAL USE
Events & Gatherings
Limited one-time use of the studio, shared private session room, or community space is available for workshops, gatherings, and community offerings.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
The space is ready.
Use of your agreed space during your reserved time; electric, heat, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, garbage service, and snow removal; restroom access; and a clean, quiet professional setting. The shared private session room includes its massage table, counter space, and chair.
WHAT YOU BRING
Your work is yours.
You manage your own bookings, client communications, payments, and promotion. Bring the specialty equipment, linens, tools, and supplies your work requires. Your rental covers only the space and times agreed with Sarah; use of other rooms, the community space, or retail shop is not included.
Practitioners supervise their clients while they are in the building. Clients may use the restroom but may not enter the retail shop or other areas unsupervised.
A PARTIAL SERVICE EXCHANGE MAY BE POSSIBLE
Let’s talk about what you do.
I’m open to discussing a prearranged exchange for up to 25–30% of rent, with the balance paid in cash. Work I’m seeking includes website maintenance, bookkeeping, shop help, mechanical or electrical work, and building repairs or upgrades. We’ll agree on the work and its value before it becomes part of a rental arrangement.
