ALCHEMY OF LIVING · HOME STUDY
Learn the work.
Make it your own.
Study energy practices from home, at a pace that gives you time to absorb and use what you learn. These are practical, guided courses for curious beginners and experienced practitioners.
A PRACTICE YOU CAN RETURN TO
Energy work belongs in real life.
My home-study courses offer clear lessons, room to practice, and attention to ethics and boundaries. Reiki-based courses include lineage information and distance attunements where applicable; certificates follow completion of course requirements. Each system has its own material and process.
You can begin with Usui or Kundalini Reiki, or explore a different tradition if you already have a practice. There is no need to learn everything at once.
