Four Directions Alchemy, LLC
By accessing this website or scheduling, purchasing, attending, or participating in any service, session, class, event, workshop, or offering provided by Four Directions Alchemy, LLC (“4DA”), whether in person or via video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Informed Consent. Acceptance is required for all participation.
Nature of Services
All services provided by Four Directions Alchemy, LLC are offered solely for general education, personal development, spiritual exploration, and self-awareness.
Services are not medical care, mental health care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency or crisis intervention. Nothing provided by 4DA replaces or constitutes professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
No Medical or Mental Health Claims
Four Directions Alchemy, LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or mental health condition. Practitioners are not licensed healthcare or mental health providers. Services are complementary and non-clinical in nature.
Clients are advised to seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns and should never discontinue prescribed medication or treatment based on participation in 4DA services.
Energy-Based and Somatic Practices
Some offerings may involve practices commonly described as energy-based, somatic, meditative, or awareness-oriented. These practices are experiential and educational only.
Any references to relaxation, awareness, embodiment, stress response, or self-regulation are descriptive in nature and do not constitute medical, neurological, psychological, or therapeutic claims. No outcomes or results are guaranteed.
In-Person Sessions and Hands-On Consent
Certain in-person services may involve physical proximity or light touch, including hands-on or near-body techniques and the use of tools such as tuning forks, singing bowls, crystals, feathers, or essential oils.
All hands-on interaction occurs only with the client’s explicit consent and may be withdrawn at any time. Clients are responsible for communicating boundaries, comfort levels, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy status, or physical limitations before and during sessions.
Video-Based Services
Remote services are provided via video platforms only. No phone-based sessions are offered.
Clients acknowledge that technology limitations may affect the experience and that confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in digital environments. Four Directions Alchemy, LLC is not responsible for technical failures beyond its control. Remote services do not establish any duty of care beyond the scheduled session.
Client Responsibility
Participation is voluntary and self-directed. Clients are solely responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as for all decisions, actions, and interpretations arising from participation.
Four Directions Alchemy, LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from participation in any service.
No Emergency or Crisis Services
Four Directions Alchemy, LLC does not provide crisis intervention, emergency services, or mental health stabilization.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
Minors and Special Populations
Minors may participate only with parental or legal guardian knowledge and acceptance of these Terms. Pregnant clients participate at their own discretion and responsibility. Clients with mental health diagnoses may be required to complete a consultation prior to participation.
Four Directions Alchemy, LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if participation is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
No Guarantees
Results vary by individual. No outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials or shared experiences are not predictive of individual results and do not constitute guarantees.
Payments, Rescheduling, and No-Refund Policy
All payments made to Four Directions Alchemy, LLC are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session or credit. Paid fees may be applied to a rescheduled appointment or held as a credit for a future service, subject to availability. Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for refunds.
No-show / no-call appointments are subject to immediate forfeiture of the session and any associated credit, with no reschedule or refund. No refunds will be issued for completed, partially completed, late-canceled, or missed services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Directions Alchemy, LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in services. Any liability, if found, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Four Directions Alchemy, LLC, its owners, practitioners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Participation from other states or countries is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By booking, participating, or continuing to engage with Four Directions Alchemy, LLC services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Informed Consent and accept full personal responsibility for your participation.
