Property Clearing & Blessing for Homes, Land, and Businesses
Each Property Clearing & Blessing is customized to the home, land, business, studio, or space being blessed.
This is not an hourly service. It is a single ceremony-based offering, with pricing determined by the size and complexity of the location.
A standard clearing and blessing includes one small property, brief intake, the clearing and blessing ceremony, and simple guidance for maintaining the blessing afterward.
Whenever possible, the owner or steward of the space is encouraged to participate. This helps the blessing become more than something done “to” the property — it becomes something you are part of, connected to, and able to continue tending.
During the session, I may use prayer or invocation, sound, smoke, water blessing, intuitive guidance, and energetic clearing as appropriate for the space.
You will also be shown simple ways to maintain the blessing so your home, land, or business continues to feel clear, settled, and supported.

Standard Property Clearing & Blessing — $333
For one home, office, studio, small business, or small property.
Large Properties & Expanded Clearings — begin at $555
For larger homes, land, multiple buildings, businesses, complex energetic concerns, or spaces requiring additional preparation and support.
Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the location, not by the hour.
