My Story

I’ve been sensing the unseen since I was a kid, though life occasionally made me hit “pause.” Somewhere along the way, I realized that helping people doesn’t always mean fitting into a system—it can mean holding space, asking the right questions, and nudging someone toward clarity while sprinkling in joy.

Today, that shows up through coaching, energy and sound work, ceremonies, and community spaces designed to support real people in real lives.

I’m down-to-earth, mostly judgment-free, and endlessly curious about people and the world around me. I love learning, trying new things, meeting new faces, and seeing what lights people up. Healing doesn’t have to be heavy or drawn out—it’s just as much about finding what makes your soul smile as it is about the “work.”

Four Directions Alchemy Lineage

Four Directions Alchemy started as a dream—a literal dream—before the name even came. It was inspired by shamanic practices and the Medicine Wheel, a framework that helps people navigate life with intuition, balance, and self-awareness by paying attention to cycles, relationships, and inner signals rather than rigid rules.

My practice blends shamanism, animism, and whatever else resonates. I pick and choose what works; spirituality isn’t dogma, it’s a tool for connecting with what’s bigger than us. Four Directions Alchemy is a living, breathing framework for transformation, growth, and alignment, and now it’s the foundation for everything I do under Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy.

Why I Created This Space

I wanted a place for people to find what they’re looking for without frustration, without judgment, and without losing their sense of curiosity. Somewhere safe, cheerful, mellow—but also alive with possibility.

This space is for the curious, the grounded, the seekers, and the well-established. I aim to lighten the load of everyday struggle, offer guidance, and connect people with resources—whether that’s a healing session, a class, or simply a friendly nudge in the right direction. My goal is simple: help people find joy, relieve stress, and live more fully in the life they actually want to live.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about feeling more at home in your own life, with support that meets you where you actually are.
