I’ve experienced the world a little differently for as long as I can remember.
As a child, I saw and heard spirits. I traveled in dreams that felt more like places than imagination. At the time, I didn’t have language for any of it. I just knew there was more going on than what most people talked about.
For years, I set that aside and focused on building a life. I’ve reinvented myself more than once. I’ve started over. I’ve pivoted. I’ve followed curiosity into new seasons and let old versions of myself fall away. It’s been a grand adventure — not always smooth, but always formative.
Eventually, I stopped trying to separate the mystical from the practical. I began intentionally honing the abilities that had always been there. That’s when I realized the real work wasn’t about having experiences — it was about integrating them.
Four Directions Alchemy began with a dream. I woke up knowing I was meant to open a metaphysical shop. I didn’t overanalyze it. I did the thing. What started as a retail space became a community hub, and over time evolved into something deeper: a place where people could explore growth, awakening, and self-leadership without dogma or performance.
My path has included shamanic study, energy and sound work, coaching, and years of hands-on experience working with people in very real life situations. Through all of it, one thing has stayed consistent:

My work today blends grounded coaching with embodied practices like sound and energy work. Not as spectacle. Not as escape. But as tools for clarity and regulation. I don’t impose meaning or interpret your life for you. I help you sort what’s happening, understand your experience, and decide how you want to move forward.
I’ve lived many seasons. I’ve reinvented myself more than once. And I’ve learned that growth is rarely linear — but it can be navigated well.
