About Sound Healing

Live Acoustic Music for Nervous System Regulation

A sound bath is live, acoustic music designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

I use traditional instruments with deep historical roots — Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and drum — all played by hand in real time. What you experience is responsive, intentional acoustic music shaped moment by moment to support stillness and settling. When I work with these instruments, it isn’t about producing noise or filling space. It’s about developing a relationship with the instrument — understanding how it opens, where it resonates most fully, and how to draw depth from it rather than volume. Sound, in this context, isn’t performance. It’s practice.

At its core, this work is simple: vibration affects the body. Rhythm affects breath. Tone affects attention. Music has always been a vehicle for regulation, ceremony, and collective reset across cultures. What I offer is a modern, accessible expression of that tradition.

Over time, I’ve come to see sound as a companion modality. Not a replacement for therapy or medicine, but a holistic support — something that allows the body to soften, the mind to slow, and awareness to reorganize itself naturally. There’s skill in holding that space. There’s restraint in not overplaying. There’s attentiveness in listening to the room as much as the instrument.

Every session is an invitation to experience music differently — not as entertainment, but as a steady, immersive field where your system can recalibrate.

What to Expect

• You’ll lie comfortably (on a mat, nest, or hammock depending on the space).
• The session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
• No movement or experience is required.

Some people feel deep relaxation.
Some experience emotional release.
Some simply feel rested.

All of it is normal.

Who Sound Baths Are For

• Overstimulated professionals
• Burned-out caregivers
• Curious beginners
• Anyone needing a nervous system reset

You don’t need spiritual experience.
You don’t need belief.
You just need space to rest.

Private & Group Sound Sessions

Private group sound baths can be hosted in your home, studio, retreat space, or outdoor setting. Each session is tailored to your environment and intention — whether that’s simple relaxation, reflection, or a more intentional gathering.

For organizations, schools, and workplaces, sound sessions offer a science-supported approach to stress reduction and focus. Educational framing can be included for teams or students interested in understanding the nervous system component.

My Love of Sound...

Where science meets soul and every vibration becomes an invitation to heal.

Music has always been part of my life — radios playing, records spinning, rhythm humming in the background of ordinary days. Long before I ever led a sound bath, I understood that music changes how a person feels.

When I picked up my first singing bowl, I wasn’t trying to become a musician. I was learning how to listen differently. These instruments demand presence. They respond to breath, touch, and steadiness. You don’t overpower them — you develop a relationship with them.

Over time, sound became a bridge between what I understood about stress intellectually and what I could feel happening in real time — in breath, in muscle tone, in attention.

Sound, for me, is a companion modality. Not a replacement for medical or therapeutic care, but a holistic support — a structured way to help the body soften and reorganize itself.

There’s skill in pacing. There’s discernment in silence. There’s restraint in not overplaying.

Every session is designed to feel simple from the outside — and steady on the inside.
