My Love of Sound...

Where science meets soul and every vibration becomes an invitation to heal.

As someone who’s always been fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself — and who’s found peace and joy in music since childhood — sound healing felt like coming home. There was always music in our house: radios playing, records spinning, the rhythm of life humming in the background. Yet, I never called myself a musician until the day I picked up my first singing bowl — the one that challenged and inspired me in equal measure.

With more than three decades immersed in holistic wellness, mind-body science, and the psychology of healing, I’ve spent much of my life exploring how we can nurture health naturally — through awareness, breath, movement, and energy. In the past several years, that curiosity has expanded into the subtle realm of vibration and frequency: sound as medicine, resonance as release.

Today, my practice blends the science of sound with the spirit of healing — grounding the experiential in what we know about the nervous system, stress, and the body’s innate intelligence. Every session I lead is an invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to let sound do what it’s always done — reconnect us to ourselves.
