When I first opened Four Directions Alchemy back in 2018, I had no idea it would become what it is today. At the time, it was a metaphysical marketplace — part inspiration, part rebellion — born from my own frustration at not being able to find what I needed close to home. (Picture me driving through a snowstorm for Winter Solstice supplies and still coming home empty-handed. That was the spark.)
But as the years rolled on, something deeper began to stir. The shop wasn’t just a place to buy crystals or herbs — it became a space for conversation, curiosity, and connection. A place where people could show up as they were and feel a little lighter when they left.
Then, during those strange still moments of 2020, I had time to listen. I remembered that old dream of becoming a life coach — back before coaching was even “a thing” in my small town. And suddenly, it all started clicking together. What if Four Directions Alchemy wasn’t just a store, but a hub for healing and growth? What if I could bring everything I love — the metaphysical, the practical, the playful, and the soulful — under one roof?
Enter Live Vibrant.
The name came to me as a kind of declaration — a reminder that we’re not here just to get through life, we’re here to live it. To live curious, live connected, live joyfully, live vibrant. It felt like the natural evolution of what I was already doing through my classes, healings, and coaching — and it tied everything together.
Now, Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy holds all the pieces of the work I do:
The metaphysical marketplace — where curiosity meets community. The services — coaching, multidimensional healing, sound baths, and energy work designed to bring balance and ease without all the heaviness. The classes and ceremonies — spaces to learn, connect, and grow, often with laughter and lightness woven in.
It’s all one living, breathing thing now. A reflection of how I approach both healing and life: with equal parts curiosity, compassion, and a belief that growth doesn’t have to feel like slogging through mud.
I created this space — both physical and energetic — for the seekers and the skeptics, the curious and the seasoned, the ones who want to expand their spirit but keep their feet on the ground.
So here we are. Four Directions Alchemy still hums as the heartbeat of it all, but Live Vibrant is the pulse — the living rhythm that keeps it moving forward.
Because healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about rediscovering what makes you come alive.
