Alchemy of You: 45-Day Reset is a commitment to yourself and the growth or healing you are ready to meet. Together we name your intention. Sarah looks into the Akashic records and your energy field, then creates a custom ritual and prayer for you to practice each day, supported by distance Reiki and two virtual sessions.
What is included
We begin with a virtual intake to explore your intention. Sarah then creates your personal ritual and prayer from what she has seen in the Akashic records and your energy field. Over 45 days, you commit to the daily practice while Sarah offers distance Reiki. A second virtual session supports reflection and closing.

This work is for people comfortable with spiritual practice who are ready to show up for themselves consistently. You do the daily ritual, with a custom framework, energy support and guidance from Sarah throughout the process.
