This is a traditional shamanic journey held in the rhythm of the full moon. We honor the Four Directions and open the medicine wheel before Sarah drums and guides you into a journeying trance. After time to receive what comes, we return together and close the wheel with gratitude.
The experience
Ritual marks the beginning: we acknowledge the Four Directions and open a sacred space within the medicine wheel. Sarah uses drumming and spoken guidance to lead the journey, then allows room for your own encounter and insight. We return, share if you wish, and close the wheel with intention.
Before you arrive
Check your reservation for the current date and location. Bring a mat, blanket, water and whatever helps you sit or rest comfortably; for an outdoor journey, dress for the weather. No prior journeying experience is required.
