You do not have to know which modality you need. This is a 90-minute space to bring the question, the transition, the heaviness or the curiosity that is present now.
What happens in a session
You can choose Coaching, Energy Healing/Reiki, Sound Healing, Intuitive Reading + Coaching, a personalized combination, or “I’m not sure” on the booking questionnaire. We begin with conversation and shape the session around what you want and need that day. You never have to know the right modality before you arrive. Hypnosis is offered through a separate program.
A good first step
This is the recommended beginning for most new clients. There is room for the work itself and for making sense of it afterward. Hypnosis is part of a separate program, so you will not be asked to choose it during this appointment.
